Joy is an expression that comes from freedom and peace. Happiness is here today and gone tomorrow. Joy is something that is rooted deep inside a person and is lasting. Joy is something that can burst through when times are tough and you need a lift.

The Joy I am talking about can only come from perfect assurance that your sins have been forgiven and you have a relationship with your Creator. God fills you with Joy that cannot be quenched. This Joy flows from deep within your spirit. The cares and troubles of this life can cover our Joy, but as we focus on God and His love for us, our troubles become much smaller.

You can experience this same Joy with peace and freedom from sin with a decision to accept God’s free gift of salvation through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Take the steps to Liberty and ask God to forgive you of your sin. God’s Spirit will flood your spirit with His Joy.
